What is the Global Health Dashboard?
The Global Health Dashboard is Graphiant's dedicated, public-facing source of truth for the real-time and historical health of the Graphiant Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) infrastructure. Unlike the Site Health Dashboard, which shows the health of the sites in your network, the Global Health Dashboard shows the health of the underlying Graphiant backbone and platform services that your sites connect to — independent of, and accessible outside of, the Graphiant Portal.
The Global Health Dashboard gives you visibility into:
The status of core platform services — the API Gateway, Portal, Control Plane, and Data Plane
Live availability and connectivity across Graphiant's global backbone and Points of Presence (POPs)
Real-time SLA metrics, including latency, packet loss, and jitter
Active incidents and scheduled maintenance windows, with impact details
Historical performance trends and SLA compliance over time
Because it runs independently of the Portal, the Global Health Dashboard remains available as a source of truth even during a Portal-affecting event, so you can make quick, informed decisions and keep stakeholders updated during any incident.
Locating the Global Health Dashboard
The Global Health Dashboard is a public site and does not require Portal login. It is available at:
Status Dashboard: status.graphiant.io
Service Health (incidents, maintenance, and subscriptions): health.graphiant.io/posts/dashboard
Note
Bookmark the Global Health Dashboard separately from the Graphiant Portal. Because it is hosted independently, it stays reachable for status checks even if you are unable to reach the Portal itself.
Navigating the Global Health Dashboard
Overview Page
Color-Coded Status Indicators
Note
Status is shown per service and per region using the following indicators:
Up — Green
Impaired — Yellow
Down — Red
Unknown — Gray
The overview page is organized into the following sections:
Service Health Card
Backbone Health / Availability
Quarterly SLA Reports
Resource Footer

Note
Active incidents and scheduled maintenance windows are not shown inline on the Global Health Dashboard home page. Use the Service Health card (below) to go to the Service Health page, where incidents, maintenance, and status history are shown in full.
Service Health Card
The home page includes a Service Health card that links out to the Service Health page:
Service Health
Check active incidents, scheduled maintenance, and status history on the Service Health page. Subscribe there for email, Slack, or webhook alerts.
[Open Service Health]
Use this card any time you need to check for — or subscribe to — active incidents and maintenance windows; see Service Health Page below.

Backbone Health / Availability
This section shows the live health of Graphiant's global backbone:
Regional status indicators — per-region Up / Impaired / Down / Unknown status
Source-to-destination status mapping — connectivity status between backbone regions/POPs, shown as source–destination pairs with an Up/Down/Unknown indicator for each path
Use this view to get an at-a-glance read on whether the backbone paths relevant to your sites are healthy, independent of any single site's local connectivity.

Quarterly SLA Reports
Graphiant publishes quarterly backbone SLA reports covering latency, packet loss, and jitter performance against committed SLA targets, so you can validate service quality over time rather than relying on point-in-time checks alone.

Resource Footer
The dashboard links out to:
graphiant.com — product information
docs.graphiant.com — documentation and technical guides
Graphiant Support — support portal for tickets and assistance

Service Health Page
The Service Health page (health.graphiant.io/posts/dashboard) is where you go for the full detail behind the Status Dashboard's summary view:
Active incidents, with status updates as they're posted
Scheduled maintenance, with impact assessments per region/service
Status history, so you can review past incidents and maintenance windows and their resolution timelines

Subscribing to Notifications
From the Service Health page, you can subscribe to be notified proactively of incidents and maintenance windows, instead of having to check the dashboard manually. Notifications are available over:
Email
Slack
Webhook
Subscribe once to receive updates automatically as new incidents are opened, updated, and resolved, and as maintenance windows are scheduled.

Global Health Dashboard vs. Site Health Dashboard
Global Health Dashboard | Site Health Dashboard | |
|---|---|---|
Scope | Graphiant's backbone and platform services (API Gateway, Portal, Control Plane, Data Plane, POPs) | The Edges and sites in your own network |
Access | Public, no login required (status.graphiant.io) | Requires Portal login |
Best for | "Is Graphiant itself healthy right now, anywhere?" | "Are my sites healthy right now?" |
Notifications | Email, Slack, or webhook subscriptions via the Service Health page | Alerts and alarms configured in the Portal |
Use the Global Health Dashboard alongside the Site Health Dashboard — the Global Health Dashboard tells you whether an issue originates in the Graphiant platform itself, while the Site Health Dashboard tells you how your own sites and Edges are performing.
