# Officially Supported Transceivers

The following table lists the officially tested and validated transceivers that are supported on the various hardware platforms for the Graphiant solution.

> It is strictly recommended that only the transceivers that are listed in the table below are used, to ensure proper interface operation and full coverage of software support.

> WARNING:
> 
> Do NOT use copper SFP's in the Dell VEP1425 and XR5610 platforms; this applies to both 1 GB and 10 GB SFPs.
> 
> Doing so will result in losing connectivity with the Graphiant Core.
