Currently, Graphiant has Data Centers in **eleven** regional locations across the globe, chosen to ensure customers the lowest targeted latency to the Graphiant service. Graphiant is built in a manner to provide uninterrupted service worldwide, and designed to withstand innumerable failures without causing service disruption. Graphiant will provide overall availability of no less than 99.99%. ## **Key Service Details** To check the live connectivity status between these regions, or to review historical uptime and SLA performance (latency, packet loss, jitter) against Graphiant's 99.99% availability commitment, see the [Global Health Dashboard](https://docs.graphiant.com/docs/global-health-dashboard). The [dashboard's](https://status.graphiant.io/) Backbone Health section shows source-to-destination status for the Graphiant backbone independent of the Portal. ![Graph showing service health status across various global locations and their availability.](https://cdn.document360.io/d86ecd1c-49f6-4fac-83cc-5e344f28f84f/Images/Documentation/Screenshot 2026-09-14 at 11.43.18 AM(1).png) ![Status dashboard displaying service health and availability of various regions.](https://cdn.document360.io/d86ecd1c-49f6-4fac-83cc-5e344f28f84f/Images/Documentation/Screenshot 2026-09-14 at 11.43.24 AM(1).png) ![Status dashboard displaying service health and quarterly report download options.](https://cdn.document360.io/d86ecd1c-49f6-4fac-83cc-5e344f28f84f/Images/Documentation/Screenshot 2026-09-14 at 11.43.54 AM(1).png) Graphiant’s global backbone is built on physical Cores, with the exception of Sydney which operates as a virtual Core. All physical sites are interconnected via dedicated Layer 2 Point-to-Point circuits and feature comprehensive node and circuit-level redundancy, supported by multi-carrier diversity to eliminate single points of failure. #### In the United States: - Ashburn, VA - Atlanta, GA - Chicago, IL - Dallas, TX - San Jose, CA - Seattle, WA #### In Europe: - Frankfurt, Germany - London, UK #### In Asia: - Singapore - Tokyo, Japan #### **In Australia:** - Sydney, Australia ## Topology Map ![Map showing global connections between physical and virtual cores across various locations.](https://cdn.document360.io/d86ecd1c-49f6-4fac-83cc-5e344f28f84f/Images/Documentation/Topology map from Lucid with new legend.jpg)
