The service name, status, and last-updated time appear at the top of the page; click the **Refresh** icon in the top-right corner to get the latest data. The view includes four tabs: **Connectivity**, **Statistics**, **BGP Routes**, and **Routes**. #### Connectivity The **Topology** panel shows the tunnels between the Service (Graphiant side) and the Customer (your side). Each tunnel's line indicates its state: solid green for **Connected**, orange for **Impaired**, and dashed red for **Disconnected**. The **Details** panel lists the number of tunnels, the destination IP, and the region, followed by an expandable section for each tunnel with its current status. Each tunnel section includes: - **General:** IPsec source and destination IPs and ports, tunnel uptime, and BGP session details (local and neighbor IPs, status, and uptime). - **Default VPN Profile Details:** The IKE and IPsec parameters in use, such as encryption, integrity, Diffie-Hellman/PFS groups, and rekey intervals. ![Network topology showing two IPsec tunnels connecting service and customer details.](https://cdn.document360.io/d86ecd1c-49f6-4fac-83cc-5e344f28f84f/Images/Documentation/Screenshot 2026-09-23 at 12.12.04 AM.png) #### Statistics The Statistics tab shows traffic and BGP activity for each tunnel over a selected time range. Use the time range selector in the top-right corner (for example, **Past 24 hours**) to change the period shown. The **Rate** chart shows the traffic rate in kbps, and the **Drop** chart shows dropped traffic in octets. Both charts plot each tunnel in its own color, with solid lines for transmitted (Tx) traffic and dashed lines for received (Rx) traffic. Below the charts, the BGP statistics are organized into three tabs: - **Prefixes:** The number of prefixes received from the BGP peer over time, along with the tunnel, LAN segment, and peer address. - **Messages:** BGP messages exchanged with the peer. - **Session Flaps:** Times the BGP session went down and came back up. Use the **Tunnel 1** and **Tunnel 2** buttons to switch between tunnels, or the search box to filter the table. ![Statistics dashboard displaying tunnel performance metrics over the past 24 hours.](https://cdn.document360.io/d86ecd1c-49f6-4fac-83cc-5e344f28f84f/Images/Documentation/Screenshot 2026-09-23 at 12.16.44 AM.png) #### BGP Routes The BGP Routes tab shows the routes exchanged over the BGP session for each tunnel. Use the **Tunnel 1** and **Tunnel 2** buttons in the top-right corner to switch between tunnels. The summary cards at the top show the total route count, broken down by IPv4 and IPv6: - **BGP/Graphiant Protocol:** Whether BGP is enabled, the total number of routes, and the local AS number. - **Subtype: eBGP:** Routes learned from your BGP peer. - **Subtype: Graphiant:** Routes learned from the Graphiant network. - **Subtype: Originated:** Routes originated locally. Click **View Advertised & Received Routes** on the eBGP or Graphiant card to see the routes exchanged for that subtype. The **BGP Prefixes** table lists each prefix with its standard BGP attributes, including next hop, route type, local preference, MED, AS path, origin, and communities, along with when it was last modified. Use the **IPv4** and **IPv6** buttons to switch address families, or the search box to filter the table. ![BGP routes and prefixes overview with details on connectivity and statistics.](https://cdn.document360.io/d86ecd1c-49f6-4fac-83cc-5e344f28f84f/Images/Documentation/Screenshot 2026-09-23 at 12.18.53 AM.png) #### Routes The Routes tab shows the Routing Information Base (RIB), which lists the routes installed for the service. Use the **Tunnel 1** and **Tunnel 2** buttons in the top-right corner to switch between tunnels; note that the routing information is the same for every peer. The summary cards at the top show the **Total Installed Routes** across all protocols, followed by a card for each protocol (**Connected**, **Static**, **BGP**, **OSPF**, and **Graphiant**). Each card shows whether the protocol is enabled and its route count, broken down by IPv4 and IPv6. The **Global RIB Prefixes** section lists each installed route with its next hop, interface, protocol, administrative distance, metric, route type, and when it was last modified. To find the route used for a specific destination, use **Longest Prefix Match Search**: select **IPv4** or **IPv6**, enter a prefix or IP address, and click **Search**. You can also use the search box above the table to filter the results. ![Routing information base showing installed routes and prefix match search options.](https://cdn.document360.io/d86ecd1c-49f6-4fac-83cc-5e344f28f84f/Images/Documentation/Screenshot 2026-09-23 at 12.20.10 AM.png)
